Walking on trail 49:53 [3] 2.5 mi (19:57 / mi)

First part was a lot more aerobic than the later, as I was showing J-J around my old stomping ground.

Walk/jog on Treadmill 52:30 [3] 3.65 mi (14:23 / mi)

Was so proud of myself for taking the time to get a workout in before the holiday. Things went sour when I realized I had locked my keys in the car when I went to leave the health club and ended up being a half-hour late for work :-(.

Orienteering 57:29 [3] 3.8 km (15:08 / km)

Not a great run, considering it was only Orange, but much better than the outing in October. Missed #6 and got overly confident for #8 and blew by the trail turnoff in my attempt to get past the slower family of orienteers. Backfired on me as I had to double back, and the kids decided that they were going to make sure they beat me into the finish (at least that's what the mom said as I got past her again going to #10). Was very worried about time as i went out without a watch but made it to work with 10 minutes to spare and still had time to run into the health club on the way and take a shower.

Note

Officially a day off, but I volunteered at the Warren Miller film at the Palace for 5 hrs. Didn't enjoy it as much as last year, unfortunately. Too stressed.
