Took right fork to Dan Parker end and back on other trail. Pulled out the old cassette walkman and listened to an old Nylons concert tape. Brought back great memories before my life went into the toilet.

MS-1; GT-1. Just can't get up the motivation to head out in the dark for some aerobic stuff. Not sure how to get exercise in on these very busy days with out going out with a flashlight.
