Rail Trail from Groton towards Ayer. A bit of a shakedown ride to see if Rachel's bike would work for me. The seat continued to give me issues and I'll need some time to heal before we should try this again.

Merrimack River from the put in North of the Tygnsboro bridge to a new take-out in Chelmsford. Took the short cut around the Golf Club which was nice and away from the boat traffic. Why am I in such bad shape??

Mid-state Trail from Route 2 to Wachusett Mountain Ski Area. I can't figure out why my watch shows this section to be a full mile longer than the track on Alltrails. I was expecting a 5 mile hike. Strange. Anyway, I'll try to never again hike in the summer without carrying bug spray. The bit I put on at the car was gone in very short order and parts of the trail were pretty awful. Glad to have been able to do this with a car shuttle as J-J came along. Much easier than if I had done it alone with an out and back. Thanks J-J.
