A lot more like orienteering on a bad map than I expected. Unfamiliar terrain, trails non-existent or barely blazed, quite the surprise for an area right around a very large housing complex. I guess the people who live there don't walk their dogs much or like to hang out in the woods around their homes. Five or six ticks around my ankles when I got back to the car.
