Skiing 2:12:50 [3] 12.9 mi (10:18 / mi) +2825m 6:08 / mi

Sunday River, Bright Blue skys and no wind ended up making for a beautiful day to ski. 8 runs before a lunch break, including a few blacks. Did a much better job covering the mountain and ended up hitting all of the lifts that were open, except the t-bar reserved for racers after the two days. Much fewer people, so lifts lines were non-existent, especially for a single.

Skiing 1:52:48 [3] 11.67 mi (9:40 / mi) +1981m 6:20 / mi

Sunday River, After lunch. Watch stopped just after the first ride on Barker, but I went down and did that lift again, before heading over to White Cap and ended just as the lifts were closing, so adjusted time by 20 min or so. 8 Runs after lunch and total of 16 for the day. Ikon App says 15,000 vertical feet so good day!

Skiing 1:20:37 [3] 11.97 km (6:44 / km) +1202m 4:29 / km

Sunday River , Morning. Four runs. Rough day, as EVERYONE seemed to be going skiing and I ended up parking again in a remote lot with a long wait for the bus in the cold, so my feet were already freezing. Then only one of my electric socks were working so I had one freezing cold foot the entire day. Just felt really cold and sluggish the whole time.
2 PM

Skiing 44:31 [3] 5.48 mi (8:07 / mi) +1150m 4:55 / mi

Three more chairlift rides before another stop for warmth. Unfortunately the lodge closed at 3pm so they kicked me out before I got very warm.
3 PM

Skiing 54:58 [3] 6.87 mi (8:00 / mi) +800m 5:53 / mi

Another three rides before calling it a day. Staying mainly on green runs, to play it safe. Knee felt ok, but not great. Just wish my feet were warm. Have skied when it was much colder, so not sure why I struggled so today. Didn't do very well on my usual attempt to ride every lift on the mountain. Of course, there's always tomorrow.

Orienteering 1:45:11 [3] 7.92 km (13:17 / km)

5.5 K Green Course, Cape Lookout National Seashore, BOK event. Haven't done a long Green course like this for some time, but since it was quite the endeavor to get to the meet, I figured I should stay out for awhile. Not the nicest day, to put it mildly, but at least it didn't rain while I was out on the course. Quite a mess going to #8 and ending up in some dark green, and a very confusing time going to #9. I anticipate quite a huge amount of error, but hey, I don't usually orienteer on a beach! Very glad I came and saw this spectacular lighthouse, and spent some time orienteering as well.
