Nice cycling tour with Stone. Home-Stone-Regensberg-Kaiserstuhl-Stadel-Stone-Home.
Legs felt surprisingly good, no fatigue even after 2h. Distance is estimated.

Team lunch run to Rappi Zoo and back. First with Susanne und Boesch, back with B. only. Great weather, mild temps. Felt very dizzy und apathic. Generally speaking, I feel not good at all for the last two weeks. Not very tired but just dizzy all day long. My thyroxin level will be tested tonight as I have ceased to take any thyroxin reacements for about two months. Wondering what the test result tells.

First road cycling tour of the year! Home-Regensberg-Otelfingen-Hüttikon-Oettwil-Höngg (Barbi)-Home. Bought a pair of new cycling shoes on the way... Felt quite bad towards the end, glad to get a stop at barbi's place. Did the Hüttiker climb (max 17%) for the first time, cool hill... :)

Indoor Cycling 1:20:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (10:00 @4)

Spinning lesson at ASVZ, this time led by Andi T.
Better sound, better program. It's still weird to me that we finished the training with a "steep hill" at 90% and then only did a cool-down for 1min... Felt less dizzy than last time but far away from "fine".

Lunch run with RM guys, very easy pace but nice to be outdoor. Altendorf loop but with first shortcut. Felt very dizzy, not good.

Indoor Cycling 1:30:00 intensity: (1:00:00 @2) + (30:00 @3)

My first real indoor cycling lesson! Program was about 30min at 65% max. HR, 30min 75-85% and 30min at 65%. In reality, we did intervalls and hills all the time and actually did a sprint into the "finish", so in my opinion, there was no cool-down phase. Music was ok but not great (Latin and Italian) and somehow I also got quite bored after 45min. I guess I'll never become a big fan of indoor cycling but acknowledge that it is a good substitute in wintertimes.
I tried not to push too hard and rather see it as a strength endurance training than cardio. Felt again quite dizzy.
