Lunch run with Hambi around Freienbach. Didn't feel better. Positive was that my body feels very recovered, i.e. once I have my hormon level under control again, I'll be able to resume hard training again.

Easy run with Geri and Steeplechase. I didn't feel very dizzy what was positive. The hey fever bothered me after the run. Anyway, it was nice to see Geri again.

Even though I felt very dizzy and tired, I had to do sth, to feel my body again. So went for a run with Tom and Daniele. Running felt like after 6 beers, so dizzy. In addition, my legs cramped up and I also felt (for the first time this year, thanks Japan) the hey fever. The positive aspect is that it can't get any worse, so I can only get better. Took 0.2mg this morning and will go on with this dose. Will also go for acupuncture next week. I still hope that I will feel ok again next weekend - Thermenland Open!

Maranic! (Japanese for hill long run)
We (Joerg, Daniele, Taku and his Japanese o-friends) went for a longjogg in the Mount Mitake region.
Joerg, Daniele and I ran up to Mount Mitomo (902m) and back again, the other went further. The course was on very nice singletrails, mostly on ridges. Trailrunning at its best!
Since this was my first running training for about 10 days, I was very curious how I would feel. Running uphill felt ok, didn't push since I'm still not feeling very well. Legs were still stiff and tight.
Downhill was much harder, got very dizzy and tired, was really glad when we were back again. Legs hurted like after running downhill for 3h, really don't know why. Ground was very soft, slopes not steep. It's either due to the new shoes (Montrail) or my leg injury which might influence the blood circulation

I felt slightly better but still suffer from the low thyroid hormone symptoms. Just had to do sth and did some upper body exercices and a bit of swimming afterwards.

I finally realized why I felt so tired in the last few days, my thyroid hormone level is apparently too low again... I felt very dizzy, tired and had a headache, the usual symptons. Had no energy to do anything, Daniele had to go for a run on his own. Was a really bad day, probably the worst for a long time.
Will take 0.15mg of Eltroxin until I feel ok again.

Hiking around Mount Mitake. My legs were so tight, could sometimes hardly feel them. Was very tired and sleepy even thought I slept very much in the last couple of days.

Running in Yoyogi Park before the track session. Felt very tired and exhausted.

Namban Rengo track training.
We did 5x 1000m with 3min rests. My legs tightened up very quickly and became really stiff. I think they haven't been that bad since the week after the Ome race. Hmmm... I really have to get them fixed, racing and fast trainings doesn't make any sense under these conditions. I'm already looking forward to the acupuncture treatments at home. Splits; 3:12, 3:15, 3:12, 3:12, 3:10. Daniele was always 5sec ahead of me. I felt again very exhausted after the training even though I was never above the treshold.
