2x Wehrenbach test course, 08:53, 08:37. My body felt so rusty, lungs hurted, not used to any anaerobic exercice anymore. Legs have lost quite a bit of power compared to spring/summer, no wonder after weeks of resting.
Some skill training afterwards, practicing mounting/demounting the bike.

Wehrenback-Witikon-Lorenkopf-Degenriet trails-home. Fun tour with chris_b. Felt already more comfortable on the bike, both physically and technically.

Cool down ride after a tough week at work. Wehrenbach-Witikon-Adlisberg-Zoo-Pumptrack-Birchstrasse. First time on pumptrack with cyclocross bike, worked better than expecetd. Could not resist and pushed on chris_b's Wehrenback test course; 08:50. Long way to go for sub 08:00 but still consider it achievable... :)

Note

Doctor appointment. In absence of any other idea, Doc proposed to take Olfen (anti-inflamm.) for two weeks. If that won't work either, we'll do an MRI. He advised to continue to do sports, just no running of course, cycling/swimming should be fine.

Decided together with the PT to seek again the advice of the doc, physio doesn't seem to help much.

Had my first session with Chris_b's secret device, wondering if I'll feel any (positive) impact!
