Road Bike 4:45:00 [2]

The longest ride for a long time; Altendorf-Ricken-Stein-Schwägalp-urnaesch-Hemberg-Ricken-Altendorf. About 125km and many climbing meters.

Running 55:00 [2] 10.8 km (5:06 / km) +20m 5:03 / km
(sick) shoes: Adidas Supernova Cushion 06

Lunch run with Päde, the Rappi loop. Felt ok but not 'normal'as I still had a dizzy feeling. Legs were hurting at the end, however, I do have an explanation for that...;)

Note

I had a bet with Nadia that she's not able to run 1km below 4min. She was very confident beforehand and even expected to be well below that level, hehe...
We did the testrun on the Fluntern track. First 200m were covered in 0.50, then 2:02 for the next 400m and finally 1:56 on the last 400m to finish in 4:48... :) Hehe... running is not as easy it might look! :)

Road Bike 1:10:00 [2]
(sick)

Commuting home from work, this time via Rapperswil. Distance was 35.0km, so about 2.3km longer than via Thalwil. Felt somehow better than in the last week, I think the quality of the road is also better and I also like the Goldküste much more than the Pfnüselküste... ;)

Road Bike 1:07:00 [2]
(sick)

Riding from work back to Zurich, via Thalwil. Only riding on the small gear. It's amazing; riding the bike home is only 10min slower than taking the train/tram. It's 32.7km from door to door.

Road Bike 2:45:00 [2]
(sick)

Team RMF ride. I joined JF and Marcel in Zurich, we continued to Adliswil-Buechenegg-Sihlbrugg-Ägeri-Raten-Pfäffikon SZ.
Tried not to push too hard and made sure that my HR didn't rise to much not to exhauste myself. Legs started to hurt on the ascent to Raten, no wonder with so little training on my back. Nevetheless, it was great ride and felt quite ok. The weather also deserves a note; temp. around 25 C in the shadow, and probably close to 30 C on some exposed roads. :)

Road Bike 45:00 [1] 7.5 km (10.0 kph) +100m
(sick) shoes: Adidas Supernova Cushion 06

Sightseeing run in Zurich with Yuka. We run up the Elephantenbachtobel and back trough some "typical swiss" residential areas. Yuka took a lot of pictures during the run.

Had to go out again, the weather is just too tempting... :) Rode up to the Zoo, down to Fällanden and up again to Witikon.

Road Bike 58:00 [2]
(sick)

Easy ride after work to Meilen and back to enjoy the great weather. Wow, first time in short sleeves and shorts, the current temperatures are just awesome, feels like August.

Hiking 1:00:00 [1]
(sick)

Hiking from Sufers up to alp Foppen. The downhill was the worse part as my legs were totally sore from the 600m downhill walking yesterday... The legs felt as on the last descent down to Klosters at Rady's 05, with the slight difference that I had some 2000m more of downhill running with backpack in my legs.

Hiking 1:30:00 [1]
(sick)

Hiking with Nadia to the hill (can't recall the name) above Ferriolo/Italy. Found a nice o-terrain close to the peak.

Road Bike 1:25:00 [2]
(sick)

Our office closed at noon, so I made use of the nice afternoon and went for an easy ride. First part on original Züri Metzgete course until Forch, then Egg and Pfannenstiel and down to Küsnacht. Back home along the Seestrasse.

Road Bike 1:35:00 [2]
(sick)

Home-Küsnacht-Forch-Egg-Greifensee-Pfaffhausen-Witikon-home. I suffered so much on the uphills, I feel like sb who's never done sports before in his life. There's apparently only very, very left of my past 12 years of endurance training. :(
