Lunchrun with Hambi in Wilen. Was a mistake to go running, left knee hurted from the beginning on and pain got stronger and stronger, even had to walk sometimes.

Lunch run; RMF-Luegeten-Jakobsweg-Unter Meinread-Bilsten-Luegeten-RMF, with Christian. My left knee hurted very much while running downhill, it's getting annoying.

Floorball after running, netto time. Didn't push as hard as yesterday but my muscles still feel like pudding. We went swimming afterwards what you should to recover.

Trainingsweekend with LCZ in Näfels, first training was a longjogg. The coach of these athlectic guys was worrying that everyone can run 90min without a break, hmm, what wimps are they?! Ran with Rita for most of the time. SGU-Kanal-Weesen-Ziegelbrücke Bhf-Oberurnen-SGU.

Total playing time was about 3h, 1h maybe net time. Puuhh, floorball is so exhausting, my muscels were not used at all to this, back was hurting as well. Must definitively start with a circuit/strength training. Now I understand why Pasi Ikonen is strong, a hard session of floorball equals 2 intervall trainings, at least for a beginner like me.

Intervall training; 12min sdl, 5min break, 8min sdl, 5min break, 2x 5min sdl, 3min break each.
Felt surprisingly strong, could keep Pius' pace for the 12min, only 50m behind in the 8min, 70m in the 5min. Pace was sometimes very high, going down to 3:00min/km.

Longjogg with Pius, Geri and Toni. Started in Grynau and did an extensive loop in Buechberg. Very cold und unfriendly weather. Got very tired after 70min, just not used to such long runs anymore.

Wintertraining starts! O-training in the pre-alps (Bräggerhof). The first snow hit us so the running got quite tough. Felt like I haven't been running for 3 months, really weak. It can only get better...

Lunch run with Christian; RMF-Hurden-Altendorf-Täli-RMF, felt terribly weak, probably due to the atlaslogie therapy yesterday evening. This was the last session and my pelvis is supposed to be even and straight again, it was time after 7 years the opposite... great!
Actually I have a training break but Chris. insisted to go, so I joined him.

Venice City-O. Ran HA as we agreed that everybody in the club is running HA. Felt really sluggish in the warm-up, stiff legs and a tired head. The race started surprisingly well and I was in the lead until c. 19. Made then 2 25-30sec. mistakes due to tiredness so Dani overtook me and I got 2nd. I'm quite satisfied though, speed was not so good but in regard of the KIMM on the last weekend and the illness last Friday it's ok.
