Blue Day 2 at Beaver Brook. Another relatively clean run. A few bobbles, but faster overall per km...felt like I could open up on the running a little more today, although my HR was lower(?).

Blue Course at the Boulder Dash (Beaver Brook, Hollis, NH). Knew from running last year to not take risks on the complicated sections of the map. Lots of trail running in the pouring rain. Was happy with my run.
