Somehow got a positive lateral flow test this morning. I say somehow, not because I don't have any symptoms, but just don't know where it's come from. Had a slight sore throat last night but wasn't concerned, but slightly worse this morning and a bit achy, so took a test. Have only seen 1 person indoors for about 3 minutes since driving to the Cotswolds last Sunday. Only other people I have seen all week were at the run on Tuesday evening, which was quite a socially distanced affaire.

15.5 hours of work today so even more glad that I escaped at lunch to do this. Quite a bit colder today and was only just warm enough in shorts and T even though it was sunny. Felt like I should have been moving okay but in reality it was a trick of the mind and I was plodding!

Quick escape during lunch up Nant y Bedw. Very sloppy out again. Taking it very easy. 13 hour work day not fun but glad to get this in.

MDc from TW Station. Over 20 out again tonight and split nicely into two groups. Opted for a bit of an unusual route going up Less Gath and then crossing back through Tonwynlais. Plenty mild enough for shorts and t-shirt, but still slippy in places. Group split in Fforest Ganol and 6 of us did a bonus loop up CyA. Good run.

FVO Pilates. Didn't much feel like doing this as surprisingly stiff from yesterday, but felt a whole lot better once warmed up and enjoyed it. Even the circuits weren't too unpleasant.
