With Mark up the valleys on mountain bikes. Waited to see if I reacted to yesterday's jab before committing, but other than a slightly sore arm I was grand. Quite a slog to get to the off road trails but some nice bits once we did, especially the climb out of Aberdare. Stopped for a sandwich on the top and then for a cold drink in Abercynon, where my watch reset itself. Could, some wind and mild, nice day for cycling.

Checking the O map of Llantrisant as I've not run there for quite a few years. Surprised at how much it's changed since I mapped it about 8 years ago, lots more run now but the old felled areas are now very green. Also quite a few new bike trails. Will take another run or two to check the whole area. Second jab afterwards.

About an hour and a quarter a Spot with Mark. Nice to be back and after so long, it was no surprise that the arms didn't last all that well. However lots of good routes for crap climbers so was good fun.

MDC waterfall run in Pontneddfechan. Lovely evening, even had to queue to get behind the waterfall as there were a couple of ladies in bikinis taking hundreds of Instgram photos. Legs never really woke up but was grand unless trying to run hard. Tried a new trail after the first waterfall which wasn't a popular choice...
