Loop around Caerphilly with Martyn for company. Been on the list to do for a while, but not actually as hard as I thought it was going to be - especially the third climb. Watch went mad in Fforest Fawr and temporary dumped my in Llantrisant. Felt much better than the last couple of longish runs.

Another day without much motivation to get out, so a short one with trying to limit the climb - not so easy. Didn't feel great, but that may have just have been as I wasn't up for it. Lovely afternoon though and trails seem to have gotten quieter over the past couple of weeks.

Over to Ty'n-y-Coed and Creigiau, as not been that way for a while. Feeling a bit more energetic than of late but not fabulous. Weather was pretty good though and the rain over the past week has taken the hardness of f of the trails.

20 Minute work out with Joe. Clicked on the wrong video and was wondering why he was topless and called himself a prat! Again, spent a lot of the session doing my own exercises, but got a good core workout out of it.

Again, not much on the mood for running, but did feel better. Although this was more of a bimble, Showing Cara Coed y Bedw and Garth Quarry while also taking lots of photos of the bluebells and wild garlic. Love the woods at this time of year.

FVO Pilates. Another good and fun session and more good workout for the core. Still can't do the torpedo ones - hip is too bony and mat to thin I think!
