Updating Caerphilly map. Truly terrible in places. Thankfully not as much new felling as I was expecting and most of it isn't a great loss. Moving slowly - lots of edits to make. Getting a bit damp by the end.

Loop around Pentyrch with Oli. Not a very nice day, dark and damp, wouldn't have made it out on my own. Knee still a little sore and getting more noticeable during the run. No idea why.

MDC run from HQ. Not as cold as I was expecting and was overdressed. legs feeling great, probably because I haven't run for a week. Quite a random route but was good fun. Right knee starting hurting again towards the end.
