Note
(rest day)

Such a beautiful day but didn't have time to get to enjoy it. On the positive side I'm now living in a much nicer area for running so should be able to enjoy some very nice runs much more often.

Thanks to the Irish Orienteering Squad for this:

Run - Road 47:18 intensity: (3 @0) + (15 @1) + (5 @2) + (3:19 @3) + (39:18 @4) + (4:18 @5) 10.0 km (4:44 / km) +46m 4:37 / km

Lovely day and went exploring a bit, legs were well up for it but still not breathing properly. Legs also weren't quite so up for it after 30 minutes or so. Amazing how much conditioning you can lose in three weeks.

Note
(rest day)

Still a bit chesty and not wanting to do too much, also a little tires after the past two days so opted to take it easy today.

Run - Trail 30:09 [2] 5.84 km (5:10 / km) +28m 5:03 / km
shoes: Asics GT 2000

HFW. Legs were willing, chest less so. Quite sore from yesterday's epic... Mad mild evening.

Run - Road 25:49 intensity: (37 @1) + (25 @2) + (3:20 @3) + (12:39 @4) + (8:48 @5) 4.99 km (5:10 / km) +13m 5:06 / km

IW. Feeling very stiff but great to be moving. Still chesty but think the heavier breathing helped get things moving a bit. Found it hard work despite taking about as short a route as possible.

Note
(sick)

Chest had nearly cleared out and feeling a bit more settled. Nose back to dripping which usually signifies the start of a cold...

Note
(sick)

Worn out walking in to work again, not so back on the way home. Think I'm nearly there.
