Note
(rest day)

Still lazy. I'm telling myself that it's beneficial to rest both my ankle and abductor but I don't really believe myself.

Run - Trail 1:19:44 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (25:00 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (9:44 @4) 10.64 km (7:29 / km) +452m 6:11 / km
shoes: La Sportiva Crosslite (2)

Run with a few on the MDC gang from Ty Nant up the Garth. Nice and easy at the start and had fun exploring a few new paths. Still feeling tired on the steep bits and not moving very quickly - left abductor also starting to hurt a bit from about half way. Mist in the air, the first time in weeks I've seen water while running.

Note
(rest day)

Out on site for over 12 hours but had no intention of running anyway so not a problem.

Computer still won't talk to my Garmin so have had to upload the GPS routes for the MMM at work. battery died half way around day 2 so will have to get that off Boyzone when (if) he eventually gets around to uploading his training.

Run - Trail 1:11:47 [3] 11.16 km (6:26 / km) +345m 5:34 / km
shoes: La Sportiva Crosslite (2)

MDC run from Tintern Abbey. Another lovely evening and was feeling grand running along the river bank, not so hot once we started to climb. Bit dark thereafter (never thought to pack a headlight) and struggled with keeping up a decent pace and trying not to damage my ankle at all. Succeeded on the latter and wasn't too bother about the former. Great meal after.

Note
(rest day)

No intention of doing anything other than a bit of walking. Not actually all that sore and can certainly move quite freely, which is unusual after a MM - must have been taking it very easy!

NB Computer won't talk to my Garmin so no GPS to upload from the weekend yet.
