Very shot trot around the local park between the rain. Could feel the knee after 30 seconds so didn't want to do more on it other than just warm up. Didn't get any worse and was grand after.

Less sore walking down stairs today but still noticeable – maybe I shouldn’t be walking the 4km each way in and out of work.

Knee a bit sore descending steps but otherwise grand, will need at least a few days to feel better though. This is when I need a turbo trainer.
