SHI individual on Carlingford, although I was again a spectator. Wanted to be out there even more today as the mist was down and the course stuck in the technical but, resulting in many epic mistakes. This terrain, in this weather is right up my street so it really hurt not being able to run. Again plenty of strong performances (with both Jack and Toni taking victories) but unfortunately one short of claiming a historic victory over England, Scotland not too far ahead either so in all a pretty good weekend for the team.

SHI Relays, although not for me as I had been super-subbed by Mr Rocks. Looked so much fun and was a great area for spectating (in the good weather that we had at least) and wanted to be running so much. Strong performance from the lads saw them finish third and well in contention with the leading teams (and ahead of Wales' super-team).

Improving but still coughing, fairly sure that I won't be well enough to race tomorrow and Sunday is still very sketchy. Going to go anyway but hope that a sub can be fund for the orienteering.

Not improving. Odds of racing on the weekend are looking slim at best.

Throat all bleugh but otherwise all grand. Still, would not be sensible to do anything.

Anyone spot the difference?

Prize going to the person who correctly identifies the location of the body.

In other news I'm back to a stuffy head and dribbling nose, so obviously not over last weeks inconveniences.

Great evening run with the younger generation of BOK boys (you can tell by the quality of the banter and that they need to grown a few man hairs on their chest) somewhere out Bath direction. Thankfully the pace was easy as my body still feels exhausted - but I think that's due to the residue of whatever I had last week. The sun even came out as we headed east (been hiding in cloud for the last 3 days here) - bit dark by the end but those of us with intelligence came prepared with headlights.
