And another day of the same...

Note
(sick)

Just as yesterday, throat all blocked up but otherwise feeling grand, not worth the risk of doing anything but very annoying all the same.

Note
(sick)

How frustrating, yet another bit of illness, this time a sore throat. Wanting to be building up some hours in my legs but it's just not happening at the moment. Guess it's not a bad time of year for a bit of (enforced) rest though.

Run - Trail 56:22 intensity: (8 @0) + (14 @1) + (2:09 @2) + (35:42 @3) + (16:00 @4) + (2:09 @5) 12.02 km (4:41 / km) +188m 4:21 / km

Up the parks. Ran for 6km at what felt like a comfortable but respectable pace - though the last km up the hill was hard work. Got a little tired on the way back, think it coz I'm just not used to running at the moment.

Run - Road 15:00 [1] 1.0 km (15:00 / km) +25m 13:20 / km

Hanging and collecting controls for a novice club night, hardly exercise but it ended up being all I really had time to do today.

Run - Road 29:44 intensity: (1:28 @0) + (5:01 @1) + (16:23 @2) + (6:52 @3) 5.93 km (5:01 / km) +92m 4:39 / km

Short loop up Porter. Plenty of gunk in my system to be removed and removed it duly was. Feel much better for it. Heart rate was expectedly high, so just sat at a nice steady pace. Good to be out again.

Spent the morning labouring in the garden, not quite training but at the same time as much as my body was willing to do today. back and shoulder complaining afterwards.
