Unusual loop from Burbage Bridge out to White Edge and back via Grindleford. Beautiful afternoon, almost warm even. Legs were dead happy running, on the flat at least, had to change right down into the low range gear box for hills though. Quads a little tender, presumably due to the hard trails of the past few days rather than the super soft Norwegian bogs. Weight dipped under 69kg; what’s happening to me? I’m wasting away!

Up the Parks to the back of Forge Dam with GG. Nice pace and felt surprisingly good. Happy with that.
