Quick session in a Norwegian wood. Nice, but tough and I'm not strong.

Sprint training map in Trondheim. Nice mix of wood and urban, but legs dead and it was pretty hot. Shoes not wore in yet.

Busy finishing the Dinnington map and packing for Norway. Did have time to exercise but didn't make it. I can be so useless.

Finished mapping Dinnington School and was planning on spending some time on Ponderosa but my back wasn't so keen on the latter.

Limb Valley and Lady Cannings from home. Felt quite bouncy at the start but was quite a lot less so at the end. Nice day out to be out, though my left ankle was again a little sore at the start, which moved to my right hip for the mid section before moving up to my right shoulder for the end. Definitely not all fixed yet.
