Drawing mostly done so allowed a bit of time off. Up to Burbage Mines to help Camel with the SYO talent squad training. A bit cold.

Run from Redmires around Burbage and back along Stanage with gg and Danger. Was nice and easy for them but I was struggling to keep the pace steady, especially on the hills where my legs were still vociferously complaining about Sundays efforts. Great to be out on a lovely evening (still plenty of bits of snow around) and had a fun loop in the (un)forbidden forest with Danger at the end.
Skinny today so the recent weight gain obviously wasn't muscle ;-(

Was planning on circuits but was so beat up from the weekend I thought a rest day would be more prudent.
Physio visit in the morning, and just like the doctor last week, she thought that I am most likely to have some long term implications with my shoulder
