Bike - Road 1:24:30 [3] 35.5 km (2:23 / km)
rhr:44 slept:7.0 weight:68.5kg

Hopped on the road bike for a spin, felt slow and hamstrings tight at the start but felt good once warmed up and beasted the 3.5km from Ladybower up to the top of the A57 in under 10 minutes. Nice long decent home from there.

Run - Trail 47:55 [2] 8.8 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: Ascis Gel GT 2110

Short and steady run around Redmires from Wyming Brook via the Headsotne with Matt. Legs felt heavy but grand at an easy pace.

Results from blood tests back today, nothing wrong with me there and the sports doctor could only think that I had a virus and didn't have enough rest before continuing training. Hope that's all it was as I've been fine for the past month, but will be back again if I start to feel bad again.

Climbing 1:00:00 [1]

First time at the Works in months, really piss poor effort from me, no arm or finger strength and struggled with just about everything. Guess that happens in any activity if you don't keep the practice up. Fun enough 2 hours though but hands will be tired tomorrow.

Run - Trail 1:12:30 [3] 13.7 km (5:18 / km)
shoes: Ascis Gel GT 2110

Rivelin Dam with Matt. Easy enough pace on the flat but pushed hills a little harder and felt good on them, which was surprising after yesterday. Pretty tired at the end though but did managed to run hard up from the stables for the first time in months. Matt not feeling so strong, hence the slower flat bits. Cool and damp and ground pretty wet, but no rain.

Run - Trail race 26:47 [5] 6.1 km (4:23 / km)
shoes: Inov8

The Trunce. First fell race (is it one though?) in years. Good to get out and run but not a very interesting route and too much on road. Went well at the start but picked up a stitch as soon as I hit the road making the last 10 minutes very uncomfortable and slow. Liked the climbs, descents and river crossings but lost a bit of time by not knowing the route.
