Warm up/down warm up/down 5:00 [1]

Short warm up, couldn't find anyone to do a real warm down with :-(

Run - Orienteering race 1:09:25 [5] **** 8.5 km (8:10 / km) +505m 6:18 / km
shoes: VJ Falcons

Twin Peaks day 2. Rough steep and quite dull mountain. A lot of climb, but most of it nearly runnable. Happy with the way I ran, and aside from getting bad running to number 2, no mistakes - though the navigation was very simple. Oli won again in about 62 minutes.

Run - Orienteering race 1:10:40 [5] *** 8.5 km (8:19 / km) +410m 6:42 / km
shoes: VJ Falcons

Twin Peaks day 1. Rough steep forest near Buxton, not a lot of detail but otherwise to my liking. A bit tired from the past two days so couldn't attack hills, but quite happy with the run otherwise. Finished 4th, Oli won in 63 mins.

Warm up/down warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Did quite a long warm up with Aishy, so felt quite good starting, walked up the hill to warm down!

Run - Trail 52:20 [2]

Felt tired after yesterday (which was a 4+ in effort), but kept running on the hills all the same, up Rivelin again. ITB a bit sore.

Run - Trail 1:16:30 [3]

Evening run up Rivelin, went further west than I've been before, getting quite dark in the wooded bits by the end. Lovely evening to be out, really enjoyed the run and felt good, if a little tired at the start.

Note

Very busy in university, couldn't face a run when I got home (about 7.30).

Circuits 50:00 [4]

First time in nearly two years that I've done circuits, so didn't push too hard - stomach and arms will still be sore tomorrow though.
