Great run, started slow (still tired from last Sunday) but felt great for the second half. Managed three hours before feting any cramps

Steady run up Loxley valley, ankle felt fine, but legs still tired on hills - how am I going to manage Sunday?

Shuoc Park race for beginners. Still tired from Sunday, ran okay but not uphill, twisted my right ankle in an odd way, quite sore this evening
