Felt really good, cranked out some good numbers without feeling like I was losing my form or pulling the air. Not too sure how accurate the GPS is but I don't think it really could have added more than 100m regardless so I'll take the times. Had probably 3 incidences with the public though including a bag to the face but didn't lose my stride.
Let's hope I can translate this form into races.
