This was a weird workout. I didn't feel like I was trying that hard but my times were fast and my HR was way up there. Recovery was equal distance. On the second to last 200, I was trying to not get boxed in so I went out way too fast and held that pace and ended up running way too fast.

Score o training at summit trails. Was not aggressive physically because it’s technically a rest day. Wasn’t too complex navigationally, but I got a bit confused because the numbers of two controls close to each other were switched numbers. Jackson dropped his map and I found it in the middle of an off trail portion halfway to a control.
