Long trail run with topo map. Made a yellow course for myself due to the vegetation and focus on distance / endurance today. Found and ran "Burkhead Trail" on part of the run! Last day of this sweltering heat and humidity, hooray!!

Trail run w/ natural intervals. After about 50 face fulls of spider webs I lost my will to keep on going on this training run. 95 degrees in 95 % humidity is one thing, but adding spider web after spider web in the face brings things to a whole new intolerable level. I figured just 30 mins of the self-torture was enough for today.
