X-cntry running 30:00 [1] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
(injured)

Increased the distance but decreased the pace just to be safe. Felt better during and after this run than any run previously, so no updates to this entry means no issues.. and no issues will mean angling back to 38 min's next week which is where I left off before the setback. I actually haven't felt this good after a run since before the surgery so maybe that's a good sign. Time will tell as always.

Note

That moment when you realize every single one of your local club's events is scheduled on a Sunday. Argh! :( $%&*#$%&#~!!!

X-cntry running (2300) 23:00 [2] 2.4 mi (9:35 / mi)
(injured)

Trying this running thing out again. First time setting out on a run since the setback a couple weeks ago to see where I'm at. So far feeling good a couple hours after. Had a thought while running--since my hip likes shorter runs, perhaps that just means I need to run faster so I'm running less? And of course I need to navigate better for the orienteering. If I can navigate perfectly and run ludicrous speed, then maybe that will be better for my hip. :)
