And I'm back! Well, sort of. FINALLY was released to start running again....sort of. 1 minute walk, 1 minute run, on flat level ground. Started at 5 intervals now up to 10. It's amazing how liberating and exciting such a simple run can be after months of surgery recovery and highly controlled / almost zero exercise routines. Finally I'm actually getting back into this running thing, so hopefully that means the orienteering is coming back soon. I guess now is a good time to start logging training again. Nice to be getting back, albeit slowly. It's been far too long and I still have unfinished business!
