First military physical fitness test since the surgery. 93%. 1 min 30 sec slower than my norm for the 1.5 mile run, but I'll take these results after a major surgery any day. Got the push-up goal and maxed the sit-ups & waist.
Physical therapy/training - squats, balance, strength, flexibility, and lots of stretching. Made a lot of improvement to my external rotation, but hamstrings are still super tight.
