Took my new mountain biek out for spin. Its a GMC. I didn't know GMC made mountain bikes! When I was it in the store I said, "who has a GMC mountain bike? Nobody!", so I had to buy it. It looks cool. Probably not the best mountain bike, but its great for my needs and hey, its a GMC - sweet!

Great evening run at sunset through the woods, memory-o. Had one moderate right ankle roll, stopped me for a few seconds but seemed to go away. Going to have to take it easy during Saturday's event in Indy and continue rehabillitation routines.

First off-road run on the ankle that was sprained about 2 weeks ago. Seems to have worked out all right, no problems with the ankle. Wearing ankle brace strap and taking it easy just in case to prevent reinjury. Awesome run in the forest on trails. Really annoying bug orbiting my hear though. Keep telling myself I'll wear bug spray next time, but it never seems to happen. Happy to at least be running on trails again!
