Keswick Parkrun.
Watch didn’t get gps and both Achilles started hurting about half way.
After further reading I think it is a slight tear in the top of the tendon or Soleus muscle. I think it was caused by the Peter palmers as I wasn’t warmed up properly as the box was to small to stay warm.

Plan is to rest both legs and stretch and see where we go from there.
