3 x 800 with 400m recovery jog. I went out a bit hard so dropped the pace (2:28, 2:31, 2:35)

3 x 300m with 100m walk recovery (51s, 54s, 51s). A bit too short and a bit too fast for December really - hopefully I'll move into the older more XC focused group soon. Can't hurt to do a bit of speed work though
