Blue course at Great Tower. Lost 30s on control 7 and a minute on 13 (both short legs), but generally nav was pretty good. I was happy with my route choices, mainly deciding to avoid as much climb as possible

Night Sprint around Hawkshead youth hostel. I mispunched along with probably 90% of people, but I was happy with my speed - just needed to check my descriptions
2 x 2km (5 laps of the track) + 1 x 1.6km (4 laps of the track - we ran out of time). The pace was pretty similar on the first 2 (both around 7 minutes, 3:30 per km) but definitely slowed for the last 4 laps (5:50, 3:38 per km). I probably set off too fast on the first ones.
