SCOA league brown course at Sudbury hill. Pretty good run with only about 30s of mistakes. Legs were a but fatigued from yesterday but not too bad. Also I've got mocks coming up so the mileage will be down the next couple of weeks

Aldershot XC race (Hampshire league). I should've gone on a long run today but my club needed 3 U17s to compete. The running felt pretty good though apart from falling over near the end.
