Track. 3 x 150m sprints (all 22s), then 2 x 1km (3:13, 3:15), then 3 x 150m again (again all 22s). Pretty tired from yesterday so taking it easier especially on the sprints.
Pyramid session on track. 100m, 200, 300, 400, 500 and back down. jog recovery between each. My left hamstring didn't feel great after the S6D, but my running cadence felt great.
2nd day. Another bad run, spent over 5 mins on 3 by overshooting the control (didn't have a clear attack point) and another 5-10 mins on 11 for the same reason. Also need to work on relocation to reduce time of mistakes. It didn't help that I had a 10:13 start in head high bracken the whole way round.
First day of Scottish 6 on Arisaig. A couple of minutes lost on 3 from not concentrating on the leg I was on and 10 minutes lost on 4 by not sticking to the plan. Not a good run.
