BOK event in the forest of Dean, brown course (8.9km). Clean race and running felt alright (there was a lot of paths).

Orienteering race 50:55 [4] 8.0 km (6:22 / km) +199m 5:40 / km

British night orienteering champs at Cleeve hill. Very nice area covered in snow. An improvement from the southern nights, only ~6 mins of mistakes, 5 we're on control 10 going from a fast easy section into complex contours. Still first on M16 though so fairly happy with it.

3 x ~600m loop, then 2 X the loop, then 1 X the loop. Almost faster than race pace (about 3:10 to 3:15 per km)

Blue course at Great Tower. Lost 30s on control 7 and a minute on 13 (both short legs), but generally nav was pretty good. I was happy with my route choices, mainly deciding to avoid as much climb as possible

2 x 2km (5 laps of the track) + 1 x 1.6km (4 laps of the track - we ran out of time). The pace was pretty similar on the first 2 (both around 7 minutes, 3:30 per km) but definitely slowed for the last 4 laps (5:50, 3:38 per km). I probably set off too fast on the first ones.

SN Trophy Short Brown Course (9.1km). Slight mistake on one of the long legs so I ended up taking a longer route choice, but other than that a clean run. Definitely easier in daylight.

Southern night champs. My first ever night event, so a fairly sloppy performance. Must have lost about 13 minutes to small mistakes on almost every control - just not as much contact with the map as in daylight.
