JIRCS relays. Feeling slightly better today but I was still running much slower then usual. I also spent 5:30 on control 5 when it should have been 1 minute - got confused by the golf course.
JIRCS individual event. One small mistake to control 9, but I was still feeling the effects of covid - I overheated within the first couple of minutes and completely ran out of energy on control 9 (out of 25). A bit disappointing.
My headache and other symptoms are mostly gone but I'm getting this thing where my calves feel really tight but only once I stand up, which makes it very hard to even walk. Hopefully this is to do with Covid and not just sitting down too much. I'll hopefully be well enough to do S&C or something tomorrow, but I'm still in isolation till the 23rd.
Track. 2 x 1km with 3min recovery/walk back, I went too fast on the first one trying to keep with a younger guy (3:04, 3:14). 5 minute rest then 4 x 300m with 100m walk recovery (49s, 51, 53, 50).
