Finally some forest orienteering - felt very slow up the hills after not seeing any for at least a month. But other than that I felt fine - no injuries or strains. Course Length 8.1 km, 30 controls.

Another local 60 min urban score - they're more interesting than normal courses in the fairly boring suburbs. I drank too much water before setting off so had a stitch half way round, but other than that it was ok.
