Home to Arsenal Bridge in the slush and snow - it all looked so nice last night when we were walking around, but now yuck! Didn't feel that full of energy when running, but didn't feel at all tired at the end.

Steady run from Davis around the orange (Reservoir) trail at Pine Hill.

Run to and from Boston Common and jog recovery between hill reps.

8 x 1min30 hills. Ran them pretty hard.
