nwjs sprint training in newton rigg! lovoly wether, morning 4 corces + warmup/down.

race 1, all went smothly

race 2 - was a bit disriantied at the start and couldent concentrate until no 8, just lots of slower roots and silly mistakes, no 6 was on some fire escape stares but the contole was underneathe them, so stood and looked for a while until dan heple came and got it, then was a minet behind him witch was to dificalt to catch up.

biked to ulverston, going past sea wood, was looking at the os map witch sead there was a disused shaft in sea wood, and on the bircrig comon oriantering map, there are 2 fenced off squaires, with an unmaped mtb trail near them, went to sea wat thay were but it was just a square fence.

O at Lastter Rigg witch is a new aria! went fine befor going into the woodland witch was more dificalt than exected and all looked the same, didnt use the cumpus for the first controle so went of root... apart form that it was ok, hadent been feling grate the last few days (hayfever)
