hamstring feeling a lot better today but still a bit of tightness. Not too worried just gave it another rest day as absolutely don't want to risk anything

On friday after about 2 hour walk, left hamstring started to hurt, and did through the rest of fri and sat. I think quite minor, maybe pushed it a bit hard on thursday evening, so rested these two days and getting better.
pretty busy exam week next week so good to have a few day off

Some v fast splits tonight but I think I went way too hard on first rep in 5.38, so bit too tired but managed to maintain same pace on other reps. Quite a good confidence boost for 1500 next week, coach thinks under 5 but we will see

V tired at the end of this, calves quite tight so in need of a good rest day
