Holme fell yhjs training
Really good long legs course at the start, was making good plans and executing them well, really enjoyed it
Simplification exercise collecting controls
Then walk up to the top of Holme Fell and 3rd leg relay practise downhill which was fun but messed up and lost about 2 mins. V lovely sunny day which made for some good training

Lovely easy run in the valley with Ruby! She kept trying to push the pace so maybe a bit harder than wanted up the hills but felt good wise. V bad cramps all the way round
