Mount Beacon Park
Earth day: Helping with clean-up at the park, under the direction of Scenic Hudson, owner of the park. Various projects were offered and I chose trail clean-up as it required going to the top, about a 300M climb. Lots of trash collected by the half dozen doing this. Of course the trash isn't on the trail. People throw their bottles and cans to the down hill side (which is generally quite steep), so retrieving it requires extra care and effort.
An added bonus were the great views from the top.

Perfect day. Sunny, mid 50's and a slight breeze. Wish I had the stamina to stay out longer.
