Running 41:21 [2] 5.92 km (6:59 / km)

Neighborhood run.
Pleasant morning. Around 70 and a little less humid.

Note

Platelet donation. It's been a while, what with low iron and a Basal Cell removal. 6.2 in about 125 minutes. Count about 190.

Elliptical (546i) warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Usual set of machines.

Biking old 52:55 [2] 15.72 km (3:22 / km)

DRT. First time out this wear. Since I didn't ride at all last year, it's the first time in about 20 months. A little shaky on Titusville Road getting to the DRT, OK after that. Overcast, humid and an occasional breeze out of the south. Easy spin and I kept it reasonably short. Surprisingly, I made the Cortland Drive hill on the way home.

Running 41:26 [2] 5.87 km (7:04 / km) +107m 6:28 / km

Neighborhood run. Not what I'd call a pleasant day, but it seemed a little cooler and a bit less humid.

Trail running 1:23:31 [2] 9.1 km (9:11 / km)

Baird Park.
H.H.H. Tired from the beginning. Never got a second wind either. However, the slow pace allowed me to add some distance.

I hadn't seen any deer flies yet this year, but with the weather we've been having I thought it might be a good idea to wear one today. Wise move. Collected about 20.
