A little chilled with the clothing selection, but OK.

Usual set of machines.
Leg Extension at 200 (-40).
Adductor at 160. Should slow down the rate of increase.

Summer loop has much snow, plus some slush and water. Feet wet at end.

Level 12 except for second half of middle hill which was at 11.

Usual set of machines, plus Dip.
Low back felt tight so I backed off the weights on the Lumbar and Rotary Torso (-20 and -10). Adductor at 150.

Cross Training 2.
60 minutes at level 17.
60 minutes at level 16.
Started at level 18, but that lasted just a few seconds.
Took some effort to get to two hours. While the movie was interesting, it didn't have what it takes to distract from the fatigue.
