Cloudy and cool. Slight breeze. A few sprinkles at the start.
Two shirts and gloves. The gloves came off at about 3.5 K.
Two hard runs in two days. Now my knees hurt.

Baird Park.
Rain overnight, but just a light mist when I got to the park. The lot where I normally park was full. This is a big lot. The 'Miles for Hope' (?) charity walk was being held this morning. Parked in the golf course lot which was empty.
Must be cross country season. First saw two boys (3 times), then a girl (twice) and then two more boys (twice). This is more runners than I saw, combined, all summer.
