Star trac. Alpine Pass program at level 11. Made it all the way at 11 for the first time. No running helped, that's not new.

Usual set of machines, plus Dip and Leg Press.
Minus Hip & Back, which was out of order.

Cloudy, warm and humid. Felt OK until I started running. Inner left thigh and right ankle started complaining. Much improvement after about 500M, especially the ankle. The thigh is a long term problem.

Cloudy cool and a little humid. As soon as I started I concluded that I should have taken another rest day. My legs were stiff and my feet sore.
